The recipes on this site have all been tested and used by me on my low carb apporach. They are either originals or variations on other recpies I have tried. I don't do complicated. And the faster and easier - the better. Plus if I can get it all one pot, then that's a win/win. Most, if not all the ingredients can be found in local grocery stores. Left overs are a goal of mine and helps make my next meal or two faster and with less effort & less cleaning. So, quick, simple, easy to clean up, and tasty. That's how I like to cook.

Whenever possible I will try to add a reasonably accurate calorie count and the carb count. But everyone's body is different and respond to carbs differently.

I have a friend who eats whatever he wants and he's as thin as a rail. But me? I gain weight just looking at carbs. So ultimately, you and your body will have to be the judge as to how effective a recipe is for you, not only to keep you in ketosis BUT to satisfy your taste buds and even your abdominal brain as well.

These recipes above are just some very basic low carb recipes. My goal for the first week is quick, easy and simple. Get me into ketosis, from there I can start making better decisions that aren't being driven by sugar cravings.
