Turkey Roll ups - Low Carb Recipe

2-5 Lettuce Leaves
2-5 slices of Turkey
2-3 Slices of Cheese
Condiments (like mustard, mayo, salsa, etc.)

Directions :

Take a lettuce leaf, and add a slice of turkey, then add the cheese on top, add a little mustard or mayo and literally roll up. Repeat for the other slice.

Difficulty : Easy
Makes : 1 serving
Carbs per serving : 0g of carbs

Notes: A very basic and quick lunch idea. Also good as a snack. Variations can include any luncheon meat, different cheese flavors, tapenades, pickles, bell peppers, etc. I do try to buy & use only preservative free luncheon meeat.
