Quick Fix Tuna - Low Carb Recipe

Ingredients :

1 Tuna Packet
1 Tblsp Dill Relish
1 - 2 Tblsp Mayo
1 Celery Stalk - diced
1 tsp Mustard
1 Tsp Capers or Olives (optional)
1 Hard Boiled Egg (optional)
1 tsp Flax or Udo Choice Oil (optional)
Salt and Pepper


In a bowl, add the ingredients and sitr. Adjust the salt and pepper as desired.

Serve with lettuce as a salad or rollup.

Makes : 1 Serving
Carbs per serving : 1g of net carbs

Notes: Basic tuna salad recipe that is very quick to make. Put in a container and take as lunch. If still hungry, add a cheese stick or slice of parmesan on the side. Dill relish has less carbs than sweet relish. And capers and olives are low carb as well.

The flax oil or Udos Choie (a blend of essential fatty acids) is an easy way to add more omega 3's to the diet.

You could easily add things like bacon, garlic powder, onion, parsley, etc.
