Garlic Broccoli - Low Carb Recipe

Ingredients :

1 Cup of Broccoli Florets (fresh or frozen) (4g of net carbs)
1 tsp Olive Oil
1 tsp of Garlic powder
1 Tsp Soy Sauce (2g of carbs)
Splash of water


In a skillet over medium heat, add the broccoli and water, cover to steam for several until knife tender (knife slides easily in-out of the broccoli)

Add the oil, garlic & soy sauce and stir fry for a minute.

Difficulty : Easy
Makes : 1 serving
Carbs per serving : 5g of net carbs

Notes: Play around with the combo. Try adding fresh garlic, red pepper flakes, parmesan cheese shavings, etc.
