Chicken Salad - Low Carb Recipe

Ingredients :

1 Chicken Breast - diced
1 Tblsp Mayonnaise
1 Celery Stalk - diced
1 tsp Onion - diced
1 tsp Mustard
1 Tblsp Dill Relish
Salt & Pepper
Parsley (optional)

Directions:

In a bowl, add the ingedients and mix. Serve with a side salad, or on lettuce, or with a steamed vegetable.

Difficulty : Easy
Makes : 1 serving
Carbs per serving : 1g of net carbs

Notes: The classic recipe here. You could always add bacon, slivered almonds, hard boiled egg, substitute turkey for the chicken, etc.
