A glass of white wine also has about 4 grams of carbs.

Alcohol is treated different by the body. Some people can drink wine on a low carb diet and others can't. It's based on your own metabolism. Try it and see.

Also cooking with wine is also an option when eating low carb. You can add wine to a sauce or roast to help bring out more flavor.
